[求医问药] 龟头太敏感，特别是射完后，怎么办？

每次射完精以后，龟头都敏感的特别厉害，轻轻触碰或者摩擦住了，那句话怎么说来着，特别隔应！这是怎么回事？是不是我包皮过长，引起的龟头太敏感！
