你这就是阳痿，阳痿也分程度的，你这属于中度了。轻度是勃起不持久，但勃起后能正常完成性交过程，中度是勃起困难或难以维持，不能完成性交过程，重度就压根不能勃起。阳痿原因很多，你得查一下，想你这种身体肯定虚，然后可能最近身体较为疲劳或处于亚健康状态，心因性因素也有。
