正常的情况是射精和尿意有一根神经二个分支分别控制，换句话说，你准备射精时，尿射精会屏蔽快感。所以正常状态下，当射精神经兴奋，尿神经会遏制兴奋的。所以你龟头兴奋刺激，出来的应该是前列腺液体。
