肾主骨 其华在发 掉发说明已经有肾虚的情况了 手脚出汗应该是五心烦热 和手艺活频繁有关 精液属阴 排出过多会导致阴虚 所以会有五心烦热的表现 建议找当地的中医把把脉 制定一个有针对性的调理 不要盲目吃药 可能会适得其反 平常可以吃点阴性的食物 多锻炼
