包皮过长的患者确实容易出现龟头敏感问题，这个原因主要是因为包皮过长，导致龟头长时间包裹在包皮内，龟头长期缺乏一些外界接触性刺激。
所以龟头表面会非常敏感，在性生活过程中，如果龟头直接接触到阴道内壁，产生强烈的性冲动，性反射域值会严重降低，从而容易出现早泄的问题。
所以对这样的患者，建议可以做包皮环切手术，通过包皮环切手术使龟头正常暴露在外面。平时生活中可以通过衣物等因素，长期接触性刺激，提高龟头耐受能力，降低敏感程度，提高龟头的性反射域值。
