六味地黄丸是补肾阴的药物，主要还是根据你的其他临床表现来看的，如果你有头晕耳鸣、腰膝酸软、潮热、盗汗遗精、耳鸣耳聋，手足心热、口燥咽干，这些症状的话可以买一些吃几个疗程，不过还是建议去中医那里去看一看
