衣原体、支原体是什么病？严重嘛？

我最近和女朋友做爱，她老是做完后有点点血迹，就去医院检查，说我JJ里面有衣原体和支原体，请教各位兄弟，这是什么病？严重嘛？
我看了2个医院，一个说要打针治疗，一个又说打针治疗没用。
搞得现在很迷茫了！2个医院都是大医院来的！
