1、所谓“子宫全切”，除非极为凶险的疾病，实际并不是整个子宫切掉，一般都会留下一部分内膜基底组织；2、子宫是垂体--下丘脑--卵巢性腺轴的靶器官，切掉了子宫并不会导致“卵巢早衰”；3、子宫在非繁殖需要的性活动中并不参与性兴奋过程。
