呵呵，中医的角度讲，自慰是有害健康的，但西医就觉得只要不频繁，其实是对身心都有利。看楼主你自己怎么理解吧。反正我以前是2天一次，觉得人没有精神。现在是1个星期一次，感觉就好多了，也没什么不良的现象。
